About the Council...
Trumbull County's Family & Children First Council (TCFCFC) was established in 1995.
The Council currently consists of forty member agencies and organizations, including parent/family representatives, who meet six times a year to share information, talk about creative solutions to community concerns, and learn about available services . These meetings are open to the public.
Staying true to its inception, today's mission of TCFCFC "ensures that families and children have access to programs and services to improve their daily lives." For the past 25 years, the TCFCFC has been doing just that ... successfully assisting countless families while making accessible a variety of programs and services.
Trumbull County Mental Health and Recovery Board serves the Council as its fiscal agent. An Executive Board meets monthly to make business decisions and offer guidance to the Council. A full-time Coordinator oversees the day-to-day operations of Council.
